I think it’s been a year since this was last mentioned as in development. Any updates? We need everything in our tech stack to integrate with other pieces and having Ninety as a siloed tool is not working for us. A Zapier integration would be life changing.

Tagging Rocks

I have a client that would like to be able to see the cumulative impact of their quarterly rocks on their internal support systems: HR, IT and Finance. one solution would be to tag any rocks that require internal support resources from HR, IT or Finance so that they can list all rocks with one of those tags. That listing would then help justify whether additional staff will be needed. They don’t want to assign their rocks to multiple people. They don’t want to change the owner or assign multiple owners. They just need the visibility to see the anticipated demand for support services in a given quarter. Is there any way to accomplish this in the current environment? Seems like it would be really easy to do.

Hello Team,We have a bunch of staff who are submitting their Org Check-up scores on paper and i am trying to get them into a spreadsheet to align the results with the leadership team.I have found a spreadsheet that calculates it out but its giving me a different score to what the online check-up tool does.Can someone tell me what the breakdown is regarding how much each question contributes to each of the pillars?Thanks - Charles

Smarter Notes

It would be very beneficial if:Notes section would not cover up the rest of the meeting items. Right now - the more notes you take the more it fills/covers the rest of the screen. It’s therefore hard to see what agenda item you are on. Having the notes dynamically attach to the agenda item you are on would be sooooooo beneficial.

Addition of attachment tool in data

We have spreadsheets that we would like to review on a monthly basis. I would like to review them in measurables, however the link feature is very weak for spreadsheets. When clicked they return as a blank. The only option is to copy the URL, paste into the browser and download. This workaround is okay but not great.I would like to be able to attach relevant spreadsheets in the data section, the same as for issues and todo's.Can you let me know if this is available , and if not when it will be available? Thanks so much.

Using Ninety with Implementor?

So we are 2 months into Eos and a month into Ninety and we had our first coaching session with a new coach yesterday. I was adding notes to ninety and he was going to be sending some documents over so I was going to add a todo as a reminder for getting those. However I am unable to do so due to having him set up as implementor.Can anyone share their feedback for using this system with your implementor? Havent found any training videos or documents on how this is expected to happen within 90. If we don't use 90 for our coaching sessions with the implementors then we are having to do so via other means and that just doesn't make sense! Look forward to some help with this. The only way I know to work around this is by making him a user and not an implementor, however I would like to know the best practice for this and the original intent so I don't make a work around and find out later it should have been done another way. Thanks for your help, Mike.

Daily Measurables

On the scorecard, @David Larson - EOS Implementer suggested having a daily goal. Below the thought: It would also be great to have the ability to have DAILY goals for the scorecard. This is perfect for DAILY HUDDLE which EOS recommends for companies that are in crisis situations like some are under this pandemic. Curious to get some more feedback and hear from others that may use a feature like this!

Prioritization Method during L10 MeetingNew

When I self implemented EOS with my first company we implemented a prioritization technique for our Issues list during our Level 10 meetings (this was before I started using Ninety.io). Each team member (of which there were 7) ranks their top 3 issues. Then, using Excel at the time, I’d simply sort the items according to which ones had the most votes (7 to 0). I found this a very quick and simple way to prioritize. Not sure how others accomplish the prioritization but would appreciate any feedback regarding whether you would value having some type of additional method built into the L10 meeting.

Data - automatically pulling in data to load scorecard metrics People - automatically adding a new employee / details to your directory To-dos/Rocks - pushing/pulling data from other task management systems Here are the basic ones I get a lot of feedback on!
