We have created a new Agenda Item for Workplace Health & Safety for one of the Departmental L10s. It would be great that if we use the notes function to pin against that particular Agenda item. Currently notes are general in nature and can equally apply to any agenda item (note a bad thing). Would just be good to have the option of making the notes more specific.
To save time during the meeting it would be helpful to have the ability to provide comments and explanations for why the scorecard for that day, month, year is showing the result that it is. It can help with faster issue identification, validation and generally understanding the scorecard. The comment should be able to be submitted by the seat owner or others prior to the meeting so that participants have a chance to read and understand the score card prior to the meeting in their preparation.
I suggest that Permissions structure be improved to also include functionality. The idea stems from the fact that the Admin permission is too broad in scope and allows the holder of admin to change and view too much. Here are examples for how it could operate:a permission for updating the directory. This is an administrative task, however it shouldn’t necessarily be a task performed by the Ninety Admin (who can see everything in Ninety. a permission for monitoring the number of quarterly conversations underway/completed/status. This is something that we would like HR to monitor from a high level (not seeing the contents of the quarterly conversation data - just observing progress). a permission for updating the accountability chart permission for updating and adding processes.
I really appreciate the new feature for setting notifications so thanks. However, I was really looking for something you could opt into more like calendar notification. I’d like to choose to be notified “1 day prior” or “1 week prior”. The options to select a day/time to get emailed don’t really have value for me. If you don’t chose to make notifications daily with their new feature you could miss a due date. And a daily notification is pointless to me as I could just go in daily to check anyway or set a regular calendar reminder. My dream for notifications is to be sent to me before something is due and my chosen reminder range. :)
Would be helpful if Ninety.IO would be able to interface with outside apps like Outlook. For example, To-Dos potentially sync with Outlook Tasks or Outlook Calendar in order to facility reminders. Alternatively, enable Ninety.IO to send alerts/reminders based on user defined criteria.
When viewing anything in list form (Rocks, Tasks, Scorecard), due to how the icon displays a person’s initials--any two people with the same initials (KH and KH for example), are impossible to distinguish. A different avatar / personal representation needs to be developed.
There is a pin on the sidebar, but the sidebar still disappears. I know that you are trying to make it easier for people with small screens, but just let them un-pin the sidebar.I have 28” monitors, so I usually have windows using ½ of my screen, but when I have 90 in a half window, the sidebar disappears even though it is pinned. This is annoying! Yes, I know that I can use the hamburger icon, but this is too slow. I want to permanently pin the sidebar.
In Q3, we are going to be adding a feature which allows you to vary a measurables goal from week to week or month to month. This will allow you to see goal vs. actual over time and not just have a static goal. This is going to be great on DASH where you will be able to graph out the goal vs. actual and see that over time easily. Upvote if you agree! We have a couple other Scorecard updates coming in Q3 like Quarterly and Annual tabs, and measurable formulas.
I’d love the ability to have appropriate team members notified when a new Issue is created. We had been managing our Issues List in MS Teams/Sharepoint which provides the ability to notify all team members when a file has been changed. I have my leadership team members add new issues to the list throughout the week, and I expect them to review the list before coming to the weekly Level 10 meeting so they’ll be prepared to IDS them. By automatically alerting (emailing) them when a new issue is added, they know immediately when it’s there and can review it at their leisure.
Use three colors (Green, Yellow, Red) for 3 Data ranges in Scorecard, instead of 2 ("greater than" or "less than" -- red or green). Example in description.New
If three colors were effective for Allan Mulally, maybe we can make a tweak Here would be an example ... Data (Scorecard) Title: Customer Acquisition Cost Less than $60 = Green (Good to go!) $60-80 = Yellow (monitor, but may or may not require IDS) Greater than $80 = Red (Emergency, group attention needed, definitely IDS)
I would find it efficient if I were able to sort and/or filter data/measureables by either seat and owner. This way I can make sure sure that no one is overloaded, overlooked and accountable. Also, if I were able to click inside the measureable information to be able to quickly apply the same measureable to weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual, rather than repeat the whole process for each milestone.
When looking at the details of an item, on a desktop, there are two columns. The left has the main list, and the right has the content details. When on a mobile device, the details takes up the entire screen. So I want to be able to use the browser back button to go back to the main list instead of HAVING to click on the small close details button. Update: We are releasing this function in May 2020!
