In Q3, we are going to be adding a feature which allows you to vary a measurables goal from week to week or month to month. This will allow you to see goal vs. actual over time and not just have a static goal.

This is going to be great on DASH where you will be able to graph out the goal vs. actual and see that over time easily.

Upvote if you agree! We have a couple other Scorecard updates coming in Q3 like Quarterly and Annual tabs, and measurable formulas.

It would also be great to have the ability to have DAILY goals for the scorecard.  This is perfect for DAILY HUDDLE which EOS recommends for companies that are in crisis situations like some are under this pandemic.

On a related note, many of my clients have also set a goal for the Quarter.  They then break up the goal into Month 1, 2 and 3 so that they can take baby steps by incrementing the goals on the path to meeting the Quarterlyt goals.

Really interesting on the Daily Measurables thought! I want to create a separate idea around that to see if others would comment and vote on it.

Completely agree with the ability to have the quarterly goal and then break them down and see progress as it relates to the months. We are making some additional updates to the scorecard and looking to solve for that as well!

You mentioned this becoming available in Q3...I don’t see it...when do you expect the feature to be rolled out (or am I just missing it)?

Hey @davelokos! You aren’t missing it. We are doing a bit more of a revamp then planned and moved the feature to this quarter. But it is currently in progress! Working really hard to get this out to you guys as soon as we can.
