I have a client that would like to be able to see the cumulative impact of their quarterly rocks on their internal support systems: HR, IT and Finance. one solution would be to tag any rocks that require internal support resources from HR, IT or Finance so that they can list all rocks with one of those tags. That listing would then help justify whether additional staff will be needed.
They don’t want to assign their rocks to multiple people. They don’t want to change the owner or assign multiple owners. They just need the visibility to see the anticipated demand for support services in a given quarter.
Is there any way to accomplish this in the current environment? Seems like it would be really easy to do.
