Using the Community & Groups
Join groups across different industry, function, and roles to better connect with the Community.
In order to have well rounded, thought through products, we need the help of people who are going to be diving in and using them on a day to day basis. Of course our team uses and loves each product we create, but the process of creating would be impossible without the feedback of outside stakeholders. Advisory Boards will be used for each product, and users will be selected in order to make sure we are covering different functions, industries, etc. for complementary talents and experiences. Write a comment if you are interested in joining an Advisory Board for any of the following: 90 Advisory Board: our EOS Licensed Software Dashboard Advisory Board: A analytics and reporting add on to 90. This will be ToolsHub’s first product to launch. API Advisory Board: How 90 and ToolsHub will use APIs to integrate with external software you already use. These groups are limited to 15 users in order to create a high level of engagement. If not selected, opportunities to be in

Hey Community-friends! We thought it might be fun to know who’s who, while we’re actively engaging on our community. I’ll start! The name’s Christine! I have been with Ninety since we launched in 2017, having started handling all things Marketing and Client Success, and moving into roles that are related to Product and Client Success! I live in Atlanta with my husband of 7 years and very sweet pup that you’ve probably seen many pictures of. Hit me up if you have any questions, concerns or just to say hi! Looking forward to meeting you all if I haven’t already and creating a space for you to meet one another!

When releasing a new product, 90 has always gone through a process in order to uncover bugs and work on UX/UI in order to get it right when launched to the entire user base. ALPHA: First, a new product or feature is released to Alpha. This is where our internal team will test the product/feature and provide the development team feedback. BETA: Next, the product/feature goes to our Beta Users. This is a select invite only group of around 100 companies that will test and provide feedback to Client Success. PROD: Finally, the product/feature is released to the entire user base and feedback is continually encouraged! A goal of the 90 Product Team is to roll out one new feature each month (check out 90’s SMaC to learn more about what drives development). We rely heavily on the feedback of our Beta users to first test our product/feature launches for a couple weeks before they are released to the entire user base. This is an invite only group of users and are asked to be engaged with
